Down for the count

I'm talkin about this cold... I think it is down for the count. Felt horrible this morning, but after a few hours, I felt much better and feel pretty good.

But... speaking of down for the count... I think maybe I am about to be out for the night ;)

Yep... still fightin this cold... im gonna beat it though! But right now, I'm checkin out!

Fighting the Good Fight

Well... this morning I woke up to find blisters in my throat. I've tried my best to stay down and rest today. Talking hurts, so I've done pretty well at avoiding conversations today. I'm praying the worst is over and tomorrow I wake up feeling better!

It's an EmergenC kind of day

So, I have been running from and fighting a cold for the past couple of days. I feel like my energy today was spend on taking in orange juice, emergency, lots of meds, and lots of water. But actually my day was pretty productive.

Praying I feel better tomorrow and have another productive day!

Catching up

I guess due to the pace I keep, sickness is trying to catch up with me. I am running fast and furiously away from it!!! And right now, I think I am running to the bed, cause I don't think I can do anything else :/

Mentally Exhausted

This has been quite a week. Well really quite a past couple of weeks due to traveling, holidays, family, friends, etc. I feel mentally exhausted, though this is a big and full weekend as well.

So, we push forward. It is at times like this that we get to see God even more. When we are weak, it is truly Him who is strong. When we can't do it, it is then that we get to see God do it. It is the times we have no alternative other than to lean on God that we see how mighty and able He is, and we should then be more forthcoming in leaning on Him all the time.

Don't just turn to God when you have no where else to turn. Let's learn to turn to God first. :)
