A Crunchy Day

Now that I have been challenged to write more detail... I am kind of glad I don't have a large blog following :-)

I was at Vertical Leap all day today. VL is a discipline training seminar that is life changing. I first went in September of 2009, and my life has never been the same. Now when I go, I serve as a volunteer. Soooo... at VL, when we have an attendee that perhaps has a bad attitude, there is a term that the service team uses to describe their attitude... we call it crunchy. Like, "Oh she's a little crunchy." No we don't say this to the attendees, but it is a phrase that I've become accustomed to.

So, today just felt like a crunchy day to me. Crunchy is really the only word I can think of to explain it. The teachings of the seminar were great, the attendees were great, I just had some issues with some of the service team and intrapersonal issues, like the fact that I was tired.

So... I am now hittin the pillow... very distaught about losing an hour tonight because of daylight savings... and praying for a better day tomorrow.
