So this morning I got up at 4:55am
did devotional
went running, did push ups, situps, crunches, lunges, jumping jacks, jump rope, overhead weights, etc.
took a shower and started getting ready
BUT in the shower started getting nauseas... then started throwing up.... what a way to start the day...
I was still on time and the day went well despite its ill beginnings
And now I am trying to make it to my 8pm bedtime goal.
