WORN OUT!!! But BLESSED Nonetheless!!!

Today I was joined by 6 teenagers from my church as we went to San Bernardino to an Easter EGGstravaganza outreach with Kingdom Culture Worship Centre headed up by Apostle Sherman and Pastor Jaquet Dumas. It went amazingly well! 109 souls saved... 10,000 eggs hunted... bouncers, gold fish ring toss, free lunch, etc. They always do an amazing job!!! The teens I had worked hard and complained very little :-)

I got to see my twin God-babies and my nephew Mica'h- it was great!!!

After the EGGstravaganza, I was disgustingly dirty... sweat, dirt, and I had accidentally poured fish water on myself during the day :-/

So after a shower, I headed to a birthday party for one of the girls I keep. It was more fun! Running, screaming, eating, racing on wii...

BOSSin' It Up

Today was mostly a BOSS day.

Finished prepping for BOSS class tonight.

One of the trainers had a sick son and couldn't come, so I had to dig in and prep additional lessons.

All in all... good day... didn't get stuff done I had planned... but that's what tomorrow is for :-)

Complexity

Today was... interesting...

Confusing...

I don't really have much else to say about it...

Non-negotiables

So... this is a must post for two beautiful friends of mine... we had great conversation this afternoon...

I was sharing with them that I have a "special order."

Now... you may ask... what's a "special order."

WELL... since you asked... this is a special order of what I want in a man...

I have a list of things I want in my future husband.

I have a list, which at the top includes things in italics... these are my non-negotiable items...

ABSOLUTES

If a man doesn't meet these non-negotiable criteria... he is NOT the one!

Then I have my... added bonuses... items I would like, but that aren't dealbreakers in and of themselves...

This list has pretty much remained unchanged since I wrote it about 3 years ago.

So I ask... are you aware of the non-negotiables in your mind?

It's good to know those so you don't waste your time or emotions on the ones you coulda known wasn't the right one from the get go.

While I am on the subject of relationships... LOL

I don't think I got what I was looking for in my new haircut... one guy told me it made me look older... uggg... SO NOT what I was goin for... may not be in another relationship for a while... good thing my hair grows fast! ;-)

New

April 1st brought on great motivation, invigoration, and inspiration for change.

So, 3 days into April... I have worked out everyday... I'm doing other things as well to get healthy and in shape.

Today I got a new haircut.

I'm not sure yet if I like it. I haven't played with it much, so I'm not sure if it was what I wanted... but oh well... my hair grows ridiculously fast. And for sure I don't dislike it.

Just not sure I got what I was goin for. When I got home my Pastor said it looked good, that it was sassy. He continued that is says I am a woman in charge.

Well... what man wants a woman in charge? And if my hair tells em before they even take a chance to talk to em...

Yeah, not what I was goin for :-)

We'll see what other guys say about it.

Is Good Monday an Oxymoron?

I have to say that today was a good day considering it was a Monday!

I got up, got productive... ran 2 miles...

Went and babysat- we played wii- mario kart, smahing brawl, and mario party... and scrabble slam...

Then I ran by target...

Came home, ate dinner, filed 2011 taxes for ATM Ministries, went through some emails, etc... all while watching episodes of Brothers and Sisters on Netflix.

It was an enjoyable and productive day!

Lovely Days

I've always loved this quote from one of my favorite movies, "Moulin Rouge"

"The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return."

Today has been a great day, and I am thankful I am loved!

I got up this morning and went to church... I love my church... people are the church... I have the privilege of fellowshipping with awesome people on Sundays!!!

After church I hung out with friends Brian, Levell, and Rocio! I say friends, though they are really more like siblings! We had fun... played Draw Something on our phones for like hours!

I also got a bit productive... cleaned the inside of my car... went to WalMart and the post office... went for a 2 mile jog... got some BOSS stuff organized...

Now... headed to bed... goodnight all and God Bless!!!
